With the "Court-ready screenshots" option, Blasty preserves each webpage which infringes upon your content the way it is at the moment of the observed infringement.
Each preserved "screenshot":
- reproduces a perfectly unaltered copy of the original allegedly infringing webpage,
- is time-stamped with an ANSI X9.95 compliant time stamp (certified atomic clock of a Stratum-1 Time Server),
- is authenticated with a SHA-256digital signature for data integrity and authenticity,
- stored in both pdf and html format on a long-term storage architecture.
Blasty's court-ready screenshots comply with the E-Sign Act and Federal Rules of Evidence, and offer non-refutable digital evidence in case of copyright litigation.
